You'll need to create an osTicket account to be able to open new tickets.
Your osTicket account is NOT the same as your TheTVDB account. You will need to create a new account the first time you use osTicket.
To create a new account:
- From the support homepage, select Sign in from the upper righthand corner.
- In the box on the left, select Create an account.
- Enter your information, and select Register.
- Confirm your email by clicking the link in the email that was sent to the email address you entered. Please check your spam, as the email may end up there.
- Once confirmed, you'll be able to open your first ticket.
