If you're having trouble signing into osTicket, there are a couple things that might be happening:
If you've forgotten your password, the best thing to do is use the Forgot My Password link. It should appear on the sign in page after your first bad login attempt. If this method does not work for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
