Checking the Status of Your Ticket

Once you've opened a ticket, you'll be able to track the status of that ticket from your osTicket dashboard. To view your open tickets:

  1. Navigate to, and login with your osTicket username and password. 
  2. Using the top nav bar, click on Tickets.
  3. In this window, you'll be able to see all of the tickets you've ever opened. You can sort these by the date they were created, the status of the ticket, etc. You can also filter by Help Topic, or search through your tickets using the search bar at the top.
