If you can’t find the person you're looking to attach to a series, episode, or movie, you can add them by using the drop down menu under the plus (+) button in the header of the site — just select Add Person. 

When adding a person, you'll need to enter the person's ID from either IMDb or TMDB (or both). If no ID can be provided, you must provide a link to information that proves this person is actually a real person.

Be sure to check for all variations/languages of a person's name before creating a new person record. If you find two or more people that you think need to be merged into one record, please open a new ticket (Help Topic: People/Characters) and we can take care of it.

When creating a new person record, you’ll want to add an image of them in real life, out of character. Follow our actor image guidelines for specifications on adding a person image.

Even if you’re creating an episode of a late night or talk show where the episode title is the name of an actor or actors appearing on the episode, you’ll still need to add the actor(s) as a guest star for that episode in order to have them listed.
