When it comes to capitalization, some movie, series, and episode titles are sometimes formatted in a way that goes against typical grammar rules for titles. Some examples include: 

TheTVDB's stance is that we should always use the title as it is formatted from the original network or content producer, even if it violates English grammar rules (or the grammar rules of other languages). 

One thing to keep in mind — just because key art might have a title in all caps or with certain words capitalized, it doesn’t always mean that the actual title should be formatted that way. You want to look at how the title is written out by the original network in other collateral, like a press release, official website, etc.
