Here’s an example of a well-formatted ticket request for the show Superstore:

You should open a new ticket for each season. Specials should be listed as their own season as well.

Of course, with each request you should also include a link to the series/season in the TVDB & the series ID, as you should with all tickets. 

If you’re translating a full season or a large chunk of episodes in one season, no need to include a link to every episode — the link to the season will do. We do ask that you please list the episodes you’re translating in aired order.
