To use TheTVDB, you may have to create accounts on two websites. 

1. TheTVDB.com — Once created, this account will allow you to add or edit TV series and movies, as well as their associated content.
2. Secondly, in order to report issues or request changes to locked entries, you need to create an account here in our work ticket system. 

You don’t have to use the same username and email on both, but it is preferred that you do so that we can ensure we are talking to the correct user.
