Basic Characteristics

• Dimensions: 1024x1024 pixels
• Initial upload can be any type (png or jpg). It will convert to the required type for this format (.png). Only .pngs can have transparency, so for icons this should be the preferred upload format if transparency is desired.
• The initial upload needs to be at least the dimensions listed above. This is an attempt to force higher quality.
• Max upload size is now 10mb, but post-crop the file size will be aligned with our current images. 
• Available on: series, movies, + seasons

Guidelines

• Icons are square format, optionally transparent PNG files.
• Do not simply squish a poster to fit the dimensions of this art type.
• Logos must not be cropped
• Images should not waste space. While some space around the image is allowed the image should attempt to cover the majority of the space available.
• Images should be centered in the frame
• Wherever possible an image should be visible on all background colors

Full Fill	Transparent Logo
This image is well centered and nothing is cropped.	This logo fills the image completely from left to right and is vertically centered.

Not Visible on All Backgrounds

The two images below appear largely identical but when placed on a background of similar color one image is invisible.  (Note: An dark grey background is to distinguish the image)

On the White image, you can clearly see how a drop shadow makes it visible on an all-white background. (Note: An offwhite background is to distinguish the image)

Unnecessary Logo or Text

As described in the general image rules unnecessary logos and text should be avoided. While the image on the left wouldn't be deleted it is undesirable compared to the image on the right.
